By accessing this website or engaging the services of YJ&B Lawn Maintenance Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

YJ&B Lawn Maintenance Inc. provides residential and commercial landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance services throughout Palm Beach County, Florida. Specific services, scheduling, and pricing are agreed upon in individual service proposals or contracts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of quoting and are subject to change upon physical inspection of the property. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.

We strive to maintain consistent service schedules; however, weather conditions, equipment availability, and other factors may cause delays or rescheduling. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any schedule changes. Service frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) is defined in your service agreement.

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due upon receipt or net-15. Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum allowed by Florida law. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A returned check fee of $35 may apply.

Recurring service agreements may be cancelled with a minimum of 7 days' written notice prior to the next scheduled service. One-time projects may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Deposits for custom design or sod installation projects may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property, including unlocking gates and securing pets. You are responsible for disclosing known hazards (e.g., hidden sprinkler heads, underground utilities, septic systems). We are not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities or items left in service areas.

We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from the date of service unless otherwise specified. Issues reported within this period will be corrected at no additional cost. Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by extreme weather, acts of nature, improper irrigation, neglect, or third-party interference. Sod, plants, and trees carry separate supplier warranties where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YJ&B Lawn Maintenance Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from YJ&B Lawn Maintenance Inc. for appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us. For help, reply HELP.
